ive got a spool in the rear on one of my trackers and im wanting to put it i the front of another tracker i got will it work

If you have a 96 and up Tracker, yes.  If not then no, you need the larger splines up front.

Ok another question are the ring and pinion the same size front and rear on a 94 and down I know the carriers are different but they look the same

You will probably want to swap over to a Samurai third member in order to get the steel diff.  The main difference is the 96 and up have the larger splines that come with the mini-spool.  It's sort of like how you have to switch to heavy duty axles to run a mini-spool up front on a Samurai.

Oh, yea.  That as well.  I was just thinking about the mini-spool.  :)
