bought an 86 samurai with stock supension and it has 215's on it. I have about 2" of daylight between tires and fender flares and wanted to know if the spring over kit is going to raise it to much? Are the tires going to look to small?

a spring over with stock leafs gives 5 inches if i remember right... so add 5 inches to that... ya they are going to look to small. (take a jack under the frame under the door and start jacking till you lift that side 5 inches up from where it is now. (wheels should still be on the ground) that will show you what it will look like

Ok, the tires are new so maybe I'll wait until they wear down a bit and then lift/tires at once. Maybe just shackles and new springs???
Thanks guys

Are the tires rubbing? They shouldn't be....I have ran 225/75s on aftermarket wheels on a stock samurai and didn't have any problem with them rubbing.
