???
SO, with my rods coming in a few weeks, I'm sending the honda crank for the nitride treating soon as well. Then it's a matter of many measurements, bearings, gaskets, and assembly and it's ready to go together.
My question is, I have a 3spd auto and am wondering what issues I could look forward to. I have 5.13 gears swapped in place of my stock 4.30 gears. I currently only have 30" tires but plan on going 33s. I'm only starting on a tb25 turbo from a Saab with maybe 6psi and 91+ octane till I get some engine management. With all I've invested in this engine build (rougly $3k), I WILL be upgrading to a larger turbo and standalone.
Any transfercase issues?

All my driveline parts seem to hold up fine to the extra HP with the turbo. Just make sure there all in good shape to begin with and maybe add a trans cooler. The Trans cooler is always a good idea with the auto.

where do you guys put the auxillary cooler and where how hard is it to install one?

Mines mounted right above my winch in my Calmini bumper in front of the grill. I need to find a better place for it though, I think it blocks too much air when going slow. If you can install a turbo you can install a trans cooler, it may be a bit messy but quite easy.

Good call on the trans cooler, I was thinking about a small one not long ago but it slipped my mind. I plan on routing it through the trans cooler then through the 'factory' cooler built into the radiator to warm/cool it slightly so it's consistent. I've read that's a good idea a few times on other sites.

while your at it you could put a remote style oil filter on it too. can never have too clean and cool of tranny oil. a regular aux type oil filter works great and easy to service too.
