I cant believe in these supposed hard times were in a business will turn away money ??? what gives? :-\
I have all the lift components for a calmini kit except the beloved a-arms and they will not sell them separately. what a crock
is there a way around this?
BTW.....do the calmini arms move the tire (wheel base) forward much/any?
-
Get a spare set of stock arms and start modding them To the same as the calmini arms.
-
I'm thinking about scratch building some. just thought it is strange to turn away a sale.
-
Zukination will sell their control arms seperately, for the princely sum of $779 + shipping. They do move the wheel forward and out though and come with a strut spacer/alignment part thats supposed to help in keeping the struts in line. Hey, I offered you the ones I got from utahskibum, what happened? The Calmini arms do not move the wheel forward much if at all, but are designed with a bit longer arm to bring the track back to normal. The ones I modifed ( Calmini ) move the wheel forward 1.25" and out .6. I patterened them after the Altered Ego arms. I've been working on cleaning them up and got most of the surface prepped. Still interested?
-
quite possibly interested. things changed a bit when I scored all the rear calmini components, now I have a complete kit minus the arms. I was price shopping more than anything when I called them. I really like the altered ego arms but thats too much money for just them. I would rather wait until I could get the whole kit.
-
What do you want for them?
-
I need a-arms to complete a kit.
-
What do you want for them?
Are you asking me? If so Iwould like to get $275, since I spent a day cutting , welding and cleaning them. I can send pics if you like. If not I think I'm just gonna post them for sale. Got a set of New FOA coils and adapters for them too if interested,

tell them you are a shop repairing a wrecked samurai and need these parts only, or just throw a fit and talk to the manager

Ooo I know theres "ways" :police: I've been around long enough for that I was just shocked they didn't make it easy or readily available for the public. if my living was selling stuff....I would sell stuff. ;)
