What are you asking for exactly?  How to adjust the distributor, to adjust the engine timing?  Or how to install the distributor, so it is in the correct relationship to the cam?
If you find an FSM (factory service manual) online, then it explains both procedures.  There are ones you can download on suzukiinfo.com and acksfaq.com   You just need one for a 92-98 4 door, or a 95-98 2 door (they all had 16V engines, like your 98).

I believe im trying to find out how to install it correctly....i took it out to paint, and am in the process of putting everything back together and my buddy asked me to find a manual on how to time it back up correctly. Or to at least get the firing order information so he can put it back in correctly..

I looked on those links you posted and for the life of me couldnt find the 92-98 or 94-98 tracker info you said to search for.

Hmm, I thought they were on there.
Anyway, now that I know what you are wanting specifically, try the following link.  It can be kinda hard to follow/read, but the info is there.
http://www.kick-fix.com/IGN_timing/16v-procedure.html (http://www.kick-fix.com/IGN_timing/16v-procedure.html)

I am sure it has also been covered on here a few times, so you might be able to find some info by searching on here.
