If the engine is cranking the first thing I do is hit the carb with a little starting fluid,if it hits and trys to run you have a fuel problem. If not I check the fire comeing from the coil going into the top of the distributor. Good luck c

Im thinkin the fuel pump is gone out or a bad fuel filter

If the MAF is not connected/in place it won't run.

You left out a few important facts... What year is it? What does it do when you turn the key? Does it turn the engine over? Does it act like it wants to fire? If it doesn't turn over, does it click or make any other noises? All need to be answered in one way or another...

What years are you talking about? I've left the MAF sensor unplugged on 92-95 trackicks and they will start and run (the CEL lights up, but it still runs).
