In case it helps anybody down the line, here's where I am right now, and it's working for me:
This is a SWB Tracker, and it's got the V6 weight up front, so YMMV...
Front:
XL-7 coils (+1.5" net -- maybe a little more -- in my configuration)
2" strut spacers (From MUD CHILD http://www.zukiworld.com/forum/profile/?u=6140 (http://www.zukiworld.com/forum/profile/?u=6140))
2" strut tower brace spacers (Same as above)
XL-7 anti-sway bar remains connected, as stock (is thicker than the SWB Tracker's was, though)
If I ever take the springs out again (hopefully not...!), I'll toss in a couple inches' worth of bump-stop extensions as linked below, although a shaved-down hockey puck might do as well)
Rear:
Stock coil springs
1.5" spring spacers (From JEFF1997, matches favorably with the XL-7 front coils)
Monroe-Matic Plus #32316 Shocks (from Canadian market 1st gen Track-Kick: Asuna Sunrunner. Weirdly, Monroe lists #37070 US, not #32316. ??)
* Cheap! $20 apiece from Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000CON75E (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000CON75E))
* Light-load, not heavy-duty, so maybe only good for SWB
* Same 18.25" extended length as stock replacement (#37070)
* 5/8" shorter at compression than stock replacement (#37070)
2" shock stud extensions ($5 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000CCFFL0 (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000CCFFL0))
2.5" coil spring insert bump-stops (pricey! $30 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00387A7AK (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00387A7AK))
* 2.5" uncompressed, supposedly compress by 30%, so about 1.75" bump extension at compression
Panhard bar relocater bracket (Thanks MUD CHILD!)
It's pretty damned conservative, but everything works together and gets me what I wanted. Proper alignment didn't even require hole-slotting or camber bolts.

I really should've tilted the camera so it was level, but you get the idea... Those are the 235/70-16 Bridgestones.

My 3" lift (1 1/2" body + 1 1/2" suspension) fit 235 x 15 Duratracs with no rubbing under any conditions; but, it's tight.
