Title: bumper ideas

What is my best bet for a scratch built bumper for my 93 4-door?  Welding is no problem but I only have a torch to cut with, no plasma cutter.  I have no tubing bender.  Oh, yeah I want something that doesnt look like crap ;).

I have seen complete "road armor" style bumpers built with a torch and welder. just more clean up work. the same guy built one for my four door with thin cut off wheels and a guide. it worked good just took time.
