Title: Is there a better Flywheel than the stock one?

I was just  wondering if there is a better flywheel than the stock one? for a 1.3 liter

Go figure, I took my transmission out yesterday and realized I had forgotten to get a new flywheel.

If you're running a 1.6 engine then the 1.3 flywheel is good mod but for the 1.3 engine I have no idea.

I've heard of some peeps using flys out of the Swift,Its lighter so it builds revs faster but not sure how it effects torque ???
