Can the two H/2/O hoses (in & out)going to back of stock carb from the intake man. be plugged separately?
Or do they have to be looped to maintain flow thru the manifold??
Might be a stupid question, but this senior citizen neds help!! (1988 Sami. 1.3)

i don't think it's a dumb question.
i looped mine- used the stock hose.
i believe you could block those ports.
i need to smog every two years, and have to put the stocker on.

I got back home to Wisconsin Friday Evening.
Trip was "OK" had some bad weather by Elk Mountain, WY.

It's comming along fine! Just taking my time, no hurry!
MANNN! Those firefighting days! In a prior life, after getting out of the boats I rode as tillerman on an aerial Co. in Alanta, Ga. (DeKalb County) Talk about fun in all that city traffic, & me 22yrs old!!!!Even was releif driver when he had a day off.

Swap went fine, very easy to do & runs fine!
Now all the webber needs is a fresh engine under it!!

We survived the Fire Fighter's convention......
None of our crew was ARRESTED, or had to go to the HOSPITAL!!!
Great news that your swap went well !!
My Sammy's the same way. It uses about a quart between oil changes, but gets the job done.
