Title: For the Canadians in here
Post by: Maiden Hell on May 24, 2004, 06:54:49 AM
Does anybody know who makes the Motomaster Rough Rider tires for Canadian Tire?

I discovered yesterday that BF Goodrich makes the Motomaster Nordic Winter Tire and is exactly the same as BF's Winter Slolom.  So I'm going to get those for winter tires on my second set of rims.

I believe that they are the same as the Big O line of tires

Oh yeah dude, that looks great! But your running bigger then 205's... I have to run stock specs for the time being.

How do you like the tires?  Is there any indication who made them?

That's good to know dude, and yeah they do make 205's but not the M+S like you have, they're the A/T like pictured above. :)

Well i did not mean to slam the product. Like do not get me wrong most of u guys are in the USA and ur winters are nothing compared to our canadian winters. Like i drove them threw some mud and they were  :o OK i guess but in the snow man i got stuck alot of places and spun alot. I switched to the BFG and man i can stay in 2wd and its very good.

Sorry for the guys who have these tires im not trashing u. I should of rephrased what i said depends on what u are going to use them for :)

I live in canada, they have seen quite a bit of mud and snow and they are great, so i liek them, but i am running the mud and snow tire, i dont know if u just had the A/T or not.

That's the thing, they don't make the 205s with M+S.  I'll have to settle for the A/T.  I just want something that is of decent qaulity and won't break the bank...and lately Canadian Tire has been a life saver in that department.
