Title: WTB 94 tracker crankshaft
Post by: beetfeet on March 27, 2011, 01:52:29 PM
Have a busted crank I need to replace.  It is an 8 valve g16a motor.  Crank has 6 bolt holes not the eight.

Yeah, my 94 tracker is an 8 valve tbi model made in canada.  I assumed though that the mfi would be the same for the same year.  Bottom end should be the same though right?  MY block is stamped G16A.

Autozone has one for 460 and special ordered.  still looking for more options there.  they are hard to find aren't they.

only $215 new from Rockauto.com not sure if its a 8 or 16v, listed for a 94. This place is the best for parts!

Good luck.

I know this is an old post but....
what is this "6 bolt" "8 bolt" stuff you guys keep talking about?  All 1.6 trackick engines had cranks with 6 bolts that hold the flywheel/flexplate to the crank.  If any site lists anything different (for the 1.6 engine) it is wrong.
