Title: WTB Trackick front axle housing!

To keep the alloy housing in one piece use loc-tite and check
them for backing out.

I pulled the threads out of one of the 3 holes, so I used the mig
and some aluminum wire, welded the hollow pocket solid drilled and
taped oversize holes, used longer bolts, but watch they don't poke
into the diff, and loc-tite them in, no more problems for years now.

The original design was weak with it being a hollow pocket between
the bolts, but a little over engineering and it's a good unit, the 3rd
however needs support or it will break under the right conditions

where do you need this housing sent? if you can cover shipping the housings is on me! its aluminum but I would give you a steel one if I had one!

Man, times have changed. I went in when all you had to do was answer to your own name and kinda be able to spell it :laugh:
