Hello from Yorkshire, UK ;)
Iv not long had my '98 SWB Vit, Its only covered 57,000 from new but been a little neglected for a couple of years.
It was still running the original cam belt!
Anyway iv done lots of small and large jobs to get her up and running well.
I want to use the vit this winter for game shooting and need to know of any mods or improvements that are recommended before I embark on a season of (ab)use.
I was thinking of fitting some decent tow points front and rear incase i get stuck.
Is there anything else i should consider?
Cheers Daveo.

Some good 235/75 R15 tires and a set of bumpers will do pretty well. These are pretty capable rigs out of the gate, if your looking to toss some mud a rear locker might not be a bad idea.
Is this just for bombing the back roads?

Hi, Yes basically!
Its for bouncing up and down tracks and mybe abit of boggy fielding.
Nothing too serious but plenty of oppotunities to get stuck.
Thanks for the advice.

You should check out BRD HNTR's rig. It started out as a simple hunting rig. Then kind of went off the deep end. :)
