ok im looking at buying tires for the tracker..mine still have like all the tread left lol (not really but they are still good) but they are stock size and very very very hard rubber so they off little to negative grip
since i have never bought tires before and the only tires i have riddin on kuhmos (moms GV) i have no expirence
so if u guys could chime in on tire size and type it would really help me...3" bl is in the works probably 1 month off
edit id like to stuff the biggest tires i could in there...rubbing from wheeling isnt a concern right now because it wont see any dirt for a while..

buler?

Don't a lot of people put 235x75xr15's on stock Kicks? With some floorboard work (hammer or cutting/welding), you could probably go bigger.
EDIT: With a body lift, trimming, and floorboard work, I was able to make my 33x12.50's fit. :)

I have a 92 sidekick with 235 75 R 15 BFG goodrich allterians T/A man in the snow there awsome . In the mud take some air out of them and they grab like mofos

alright sweet..thanks for the info guys..im assuming that whatever rubbing i will get will be at full lock or comression??

With which tires? If you have 33's with no body lift, then you'll have rubbing at less than full lock or compression :)
If you mean the 235's, they shouldn't rub from what I've read.

i will have a 3" bl when i do the tires...after that ill have a turbo and rear locker =)...16v to maybe =)

Swampers are made my a company called interco. Which swampers were you looking for. There are many different ones.

i just want mean looking tires (yes yes i know looks shouldnt count)...but i want them to be good offroad and alright on road..dont really care since the car rides like a brick anyways lol i found these swamper TSLs 31x10.50-15 (Ply Rating=6 Tread Width=9 O.D.=31.3)
says $117..i assume thats for 1 tire..so thats alot of money lol..but if they are good its worth it
i plan to do trail riding for the most part..slow to intermediate speeds some stop and go technicle parts maybe some mud...im not looking for a total rock crawler (my idea of that is nothing over 1mph dinging the rockers every 3" lol)
price really isnt a concern aslong as they are worth it..the more they cost the longer itl take to get them though and the further it push's the turbo :(
-
swampers are worth every penny if you are in the mud. i don't really know about rocks, i have only been on one kinda big one and i didn't really like it.

these seem ok to super swamper radial TSL 32x10.50R15 (Ply Rating=6 Tread Width=9 O.D.=32.1)
http://www.4wheelparts.com/4wp/products/productLine.asp?cat=TIR&prodline=25&catName=TIRES&man=INTE
the main thing is longevity i guess..since these will see probably 200-250 miles a week i think is what i average right now if i dont drive around wasting gas then its like 120 a week
-
also if u reccomend a tire..i will be putting it on the 15x9 black rock crawlers for now...i guess those are ok right??
so if u recomend a wheel please reccomend a back spacing since i am 100% lost when it comes to that
very new at this kind of stuff guys..so bare with me a bit here lol

what about this package...i get paid before its over =)

i have heard that the LBT's are a better road tire then the normal swampers.

I was looking at that tire package but I didn't want a 11.50 wide tire. Plus I don't know if you can select your backspacing on a tire special.
-
can you lift 31's with only a 3in body lift? oh never mind i'm running 34s with only a body lift, go for it ;D

Looks like a good deal. I'm sure you can ask for a different off-set that they carry. The also have ProComps on Sale.  Buy 3 and get the 4th one free.  The Mud tire doesn't look that bad.
4  31/10.50x15  Mudtires= $434.99 w/ 15x8 rockcrawlers = 606.99
But thats just my math ;D

alright sweet..the tires wont be a go for a little bit 2 weeks at the min..but i am trying to plan ahead
