i found a 1.6L samurai header for 100 bucks. i want to know if it will fit my 91 sidekick 1.6L? is the head flange the same?

You should be fine.  The 1.3l and 1.6 8valve can swap intake and exhaust headers.

It is a pacesetter header. if it will fit i will save a lot of money on a header.

It looks similar to the Calmini header, but I can't find references to anyone running it.  No idea.

Some headers will hit the block on a 1.6 but seem to still bolt to
the head and seal without leaking, you might tweek it a bit to clear
