Hey i just bought a rear seat that looks like its brand new for ten bucks on Craigslist. Anyways what parts do i need to mount? on the front where the seat mounts is two hinged tabs do these just bolt directly to the floor? I know how the stricker plate works and all i am just a little stumped on the front part, just want to make sure i have all the parts i need. Thanks alot guys.

IF I remember rightly, the front "tabs" have a hole in each end of them, right?( I am going by what I remember of a friends Sammi) There should be matching boltheads, or maybe plugs in the front of the "step" where the rear floor drops off to the lower area, in the corner area.

Yeah the holes do have tabs. I have an old worn out seat that im going to take the tabs of and put on the new one but i just noticed that the arms where the tabs are attached to on the seat are longer on the old original seat than on the newer one i just bought. are the rear seats different for different years?

Not sure. Have you considered the possibility of simply welding the tabs down, and then pulling the pin out of the hinge when you want to remove the rear seat? I do that with my Tracker, as the bolts had snapped off in the bodytub from rust.
