Title: Temp sending unit help

My Temp gauge mysteriously died. I was wandering if my new 86 samuria has two sending units. 1 for the little computer, and 1 for gauge.The two wire sender on the passenger side of the thermostat housing has power on one side. Thanks.

On my 1.3L, The gauge sending unit is by the Termostat housing sticking out at about a 05:30 position
and it has a singe wire. Also check that the grounding wire(s) in this same area haven't broken off.
