Title: loud grinding noise all gears

I own 89 samuri it was stood awhile and since has developed a masive grinding/grateing noise all through gears but not when clutch is in,does this mean it could be transfer box as i changed complete clutch and made no difference?

Does it make the same noise when your t-case is in neutral?

What about in neutral with clutch out? And is it better or worse in 4th?
