Title: Transmission moiunt?

Hey guys I had a F10A 1.0L motor in my samurai and just put a G13A 1.3L in.
The tranmissions dont mount the same to the frame. As far as I know the motor and transmission were both out of an 88 Samurai, the transmission has "87U" on it. Ive ordered an 88 tansmission mount from a local store and it doesnt seem as if it would work, Ill admit I didnt take it home and try it. and Ideas what transmission this is and what mount it requires?

The problem is you have an SJ-410, not an SJ-413 aka Samurai.  So you will need to get a cross-member from a samurai to install, or build your own transmission mount.

SJ410 body on an 88 Samurai frame. making my own crossmember wont be a problem I just need to know what transmission it is so i know what mount to buy.

If it's a 5 speed that bolts to the 1.3L then it's a standard Samurai transmission, or SJ-413.  Give Hawk Suzuki a call and they can hook you up with the right mounts.
