Has anyone tried using a Subaru MC on a +99 Vitara/Tracker without ABS.
Picked up a Subaru MC (not sure if it was ABS), with 4 ports. My Tracker MC has 4 ports, 2 for the front and the 2 for the rear going to the Load Sensing Porportioning Valve, then 1 line go's to one drum, and a line from that drum go's to the other drum.
Wondering what ports are for what on the Subaru MC, and how it should match up with what I have?? Should I pick up a different Subaru MC? ???

Why even mess with a Subaru MC when you can get the correct one for a Zuki for $70 or so bucks? ???

We're talking brakes here Bud. ;)

I was noticing that swapping in the Subaru MC was popular for Samuria's. Guys who've put 4 wheel disc seem to need the larger Subaru MC (1 1/16 bore vs 15/16).
I'll keep the one I pulled at a wrecker. if I ever change the rear brakes for better braking, I'll need this.

I've never owned a Sammy, but I think the reason the Sammy guys opted for the larger MC WAS because the Sammy's were small vehicles to start with but.... once you start adding Toy axles, taller tires, bigger and heavier bumpers, sliders, etc, suddenly the Sammy wasn't so "small" any more and they needed the additional volume and pressure to reliably stop their "bigger" Sammy.
The 2nd Gen trucks come from the factory with decent MCs in them because they were "bigger" trucks to start with.
