Proportioning Valve - keeps the rear from locking up.
ebrake and/or line locks - it sucks having your truck chase you down the hill.

new rear brake lines or live with some ghetto loops.
you may need to weld in some clips to tie down brake lines.

pretty detailed write up on the spidertax install at  http://www.off-road.com/suzuki/tech/traxdisc.htm

You might take a look at the Trail Tough kit, uses subaru rear calipers, lets you keep a normal ebrake. I think of that disk hanging low off of my driveline whenever I run up on the belly armor.

It does not deal with the emergency brake though, and would not pass to be driven on the street, trailered and off-road only.

I did have the Spidertrax setup on my Sami, and it was a great setup, and very easy to install. I would recomend it to anyone, huge difference in stopping power.

i did a homemade rear disc conversion using front brake parts.using 4.16 t/case with transmission handbrake.it really works well and is easier to power wash mud from brakes.it feels much better backing down steep hills as well.

Mine was an 85 sj413, so It already had the drum brake on the tcase for the park brake.
