I received this as a gift four years ago because my grandpa got tired of it and could not find a buyer willing to pay the price he wanted. I currently live in a place where there are public areas to go off the main road. However, I am moving, my wife has also had some health problems over the past year, and could use the extra money. It does not have power steering, I think the carburetor might need some work or replaced, no AC, and for some reason it has be over heating recently. There is no rust of the body of it. There is some on the cattle guard. I'm not much of a mechanic. What would be a fair asking price? The

The fact that it is clean and has a hard-top should help with the price. You really need to look at craigslist, or alternative publication, to see what prices are going for in your area. I have seen nice Samurai's go for 1000-4000 depending on the buyers market at the time and where they are being sold at.

My suggestion is clean the crap out of it and ask 2500 obo and dont go below 2k on it! Its really nice!
