snorkel feeds into stock airbox, with K&n air filter.  Custom made (well homemade)

the top is a top secret piece if i tell u i'll have to kill u. no it is electrical coduet cap. u know when the electrical cable comes into your huse it feeds thruogh this cap they make them metal and plastic i used plastic for obvious reasons. i did have to modify the cap a bit with a saw and some pvc glue if u get one u will see what i mean.

This is the second home-made snorkel I've seen recently that runs through the driver's side dummy panel behind the hood without cutting a hole in the fender. Was this easy to run up through there? what was the main tube constructed of? It looks like 2 or 3" PVC conduit...

it is all 2" PVC that i bored out as much as possible. there was some cutting under the hood, remove dummy pannel, cutting on side brace, and i ground down the pvc so it would fit easier. it doesn't move around at all and i used the antina to mount the upper bracket to.

I would love to see a close up of the snorkel setup.  I have been wanting to add a snorkel to my kick, but I wanted to avoid cutting a hole in the exterior.
