Does anyone have or no where i can find a detailed vaccum line illustration for a 1990 sidekick, my haynes manual is extremely vague. any help is greatly appreciated!

The hood has one, it's got plenty
of detail, is the 90' the same as my 89'
??
If so, it's really an easy diagram to
follow.

I have a factory manual for 1990 Geo Tracker.
I guess they should be the same. What exactly
do you need? I could scan it and email to you.

That's what I was thinking, isn't under the hood? Mine is, I guess I can snap a pic the digi camera?

my sidekick does have a diagram under the hood but i have several places that hoses should go with nothing attached. for example the charcol canister on the left front of the motor (looking at it)has a hose on the left side but not one on the right. i am trying to figure out why the vehicle "loads up" and doesn't want to run but once you push the throttle past a certain position or acheive a higher rpm it clears up. the check engine light flashes 2 times then pause then 2 times again then pause. i checkes my haynes manual but found nothing.
i was wondering if a vaccum line missing would cause this or if it was a TPS sensor or something. any help is greatly appreciated.

safarikick,
where did you find this diagram? does anyone think a missing vaccum line would make the kick act like this or should i check the TPS sensor??

The larger of the two is the fuel tank
vapor line, I guess if someone put
that line right onto the manifold it
could cause the engine to load up.
The smaller line is the purge line,
it is supposed to suck the vapors
the canister catches into the engine
and burn them, instead of them going
into tha air.

wild,
mine does not have a hose hooked up to the "purge line". there are also several locations that hoses are not even there.
thankyou safarikick for the additional diagrams and the link to the manual to purchase.
