My 87 samurai light sensor went on.... What does that mean... Do I need to clean my carb? 32/36 weber Or is it something else.

under the dash  by the steering colem  there's a switch  slide it the other way
its not to clean the carb the carb has no sensors if it's a Weber

Sensor - noun - A device that detects or measures a physical property and records, indicates, or otherwise responds to it

Your 87 Samurai has no light sensor - what you are referring to is probably the 'service engine soon' light - it turns on every 50,000 miles - the switch that fordguy79 has told you about should turn it off.
