Title: help with a stock 1.3 carb----tried to adjust the carb---
Post by: rockhoppernc on July 08, 2011, 10:32:53 PM
hello everyone,, WI have a 87 zuk and I went out today to set my carb.. got it running, idling, and driving very good but after that I found that I am not shooting a little smoke out the tail pipe for the first time ever,,, has a little fuel smell and what looks like black carbon on the ground...is there a air/ fuel mix on a stock 87 carb? I allways smelled like it was running rich.

There is an adjustment for it, but my advice would be to not mess with it unless you know what your doing.  In fact, Suzuki put a bar across the adjustment screw to stop you from doing it.

Nice looking rig.  Love the front bumper
