Title: Mounting custom front bumper?

I am finishing up some work on a new front bumper, but could use some advice on how to mount it. I cut off the original mounting points as those are not strong enough, and needed more tire clearance. Any ideas on how to attach to the frame?

Just went right off of the frame in the front on mine.
