Title: DIY turbo manifolds for 16v
Post by: Jluck on July 17, 2011, 09:23:07 AM
I wanted to post this before I forgot about it. Since the topic comes up daily, Here's the easiest way to get a turbo on that 16V, I have never ran one or saw one in person but wanted to put the link out there.

Log style manifolds are a easy solution, a little more restrictive
than a header style but they work fine and the fact that they
make one for our 16V engines is nice

If you want a turbo manifold for a 1.6 Turbine Tech (http://www.turbotuningturbinetech.com) is the place I would suggest - he doesn't have a listing for the 1.6, but I know he has done them - take a look at the 1.3 Swift manifold for an idea as to what it would be like.
