Hello!
I recently acquired a 1990 Geo tracker 2dr 4x4. Needless to say...I LOVE IT! The previous owner didn't do any modifications to it but the owner before did. It has 2 inch coil spacers and a 1 inch body lift as far as I can tell. It seems to sit a lot higher than 3 inches more than stock though...So I was poking around and I found some newer looking Shock Absorbers, that got me thinking someone may have put in new springs and struts. Just curious if anyone knew the stock spring height and maybe the type of stock Shock Absorbers used. I appreciate any and all help! Love this site!

The front suspension geometry is a 2 to 1 lift ratio, 1 inch lift will net
2 inches lift, so a 2 inch block is too high for the front to articulate well,
it look bad ass rolling down the road, but there will be no down travel to
speak of, there are no extended length struts except for Old Man Emu and
they are a bit pricey, for the rears we used to get the Crown Victoria shocks
but the Mustang shocks fit easier without the mods to the eye end bushing
I used 95 Crown Vic shocks, not sure of the Mustang year
I don't remember the length of the front springs, rears I think are 12 or 13
inches stock length
