Title: Not a build thread

Not doing a build thread, but just sharing some pictures as I progress.
I have always wanted to build something that will take me to those places that I have not been able to go before and also compete in W.E. Rock with.  Nothing extremely overboard, no $10,000 axles and atlas with a 500hp engine.  Just a light weight little Samurai built on a budget of what ever overtime money I get and a yard sale here and there.  I will not go into debt for this so we will see how it goes.

My plans are as follows:

Already purchased
Samurai
1.6l 8 valve engine
Cherokee dana 44 axles
8 to 1 t case gears
propane kit
Roll cage (in process)
Dash

Still to purchase
Full hydro steering
Drive shafts
spools,gears,35 spline axles
seats and harness
wheels and tires
coil overs and links
gauges


I plan on playing with it running Samurai stuff for a while until I gather more parts.

this is definitely the best non-build thread that I have seen. hum...it seems alot like a build thread though. ;)

The cage is done!! and at home..
Now I need to sell off everything I own to finish it
