Title: 1992 Samurai Temp sending unit wire missing HELP !

My temperature guage in my 92 Samurai doesnt work so I got a new sending unit and put it in and when I did I found that there was no wire to the old unit. Wiring diagram shows it should be a yellow and white wire. I cant find it! HELP !!!!!!

I probably got broken off, I think you might find what is left of it in
the wiring harness that goes to the alternator, but should come out
before the wires for the Alt
