Post by: bentparts on September 12, 2011, 04:24:43 PM
Looks like I may need a Trackick transfer case. Need a GOOD low mileage one if you got one. Mines a 95.

Take a trip to EZ Pull http://www.joesusedautoparts.com/EZPull/Prices.html (http://www.joesusedautoparts.com/EZPull/Prices.html)  You can get one for $50  They have a lot of Trackicks in the yard.

Figures, I've driven up the NE extension to Wilkes Barre and back to south Jersey twice in the last week for work, including today. The thought of pulling a tcase without jackstands or floor jack is a bit off putting though. Most upullits do not allow lifts or jacks of any kind. Thanks for the tip though. I did check their "inventory" and they didn't have one listed as pulled, but I may give 'em a call before I run all the way back up there.

They will pull a trans, tranfer case, or the engine for just $20.  I always find that money well spent.

That's a hellova deal, wish I'd known that when traveling that way. I will keep the link for future reference, I'm sure it will come in handy. Thanks Skitime.

This yard does not pull anything untill it is requested.  They do not store any parts indoors.  They also do not have an inventory list of vehicles in the yard.  You just have to go and look.  Be prepared for a very long walk.  They only help is all the trucks are in the same area of the yard.
