Title: 2.0 engine rebuild

i have a 2.0 in my tracker it has lot of miles and needs more power does aney 1 kno of aney proformance parts like hi comp pistons or aney thing at all avalable for these engines

You can drop a 2.3L in it instead, that will give you a bit of a boost.  :)

yea i dont kno where 2 get 1 cheep i was just looking 2 rebuild the one i have

Look for a wrecked Aerio.  It has the motor you want.  That is what I am running in Project Trouble.

Not sure on the performance parts though.

I have the 1.8 myself and have been searching around alot for info on rebuilds and what to do for pistons etc for boring.  Stumbeled upon this the other day and think it had some great info that could help alot of us 1.8-2.3L guys out with what some of the tuners are doing with these little motors.  Balenoclub.com
