MINI SPOOL,what are they and what do they do?

It replaces the parts (not sure which ones, specifically) inside the differential that allow the tire with the most traction to slip (open diff) with a solid metal part that allows no slippage at all. It's like a locker, but it doesn't come unlocked. It's essentially the same thing as welding your spider gears together. Not particularly good for anything but offroading, otherwise you'll ruin your tires.

I think that their primary purpose is to break axles.
