Thank you!!!
They look awesome, as soon as I can convince the wife I'll be buying one!

Guess I will have to drive the 1.5 miles to your shop and have a look, and talk about them. I presume you are still behind the old slick cart building. C U soon. Pat

Very nice! 4 door nerfs planned?

Dear Trail Tough,
I love you.
Sincerely,

AWESOME! It's about time somebody made a REASONABLY priced kick ass bumper for our trackers. Your product looks absolutely solid, and I will be purchasing one in the near future. Thanks for thinking of the gen 2 guys.

Any chance of a swing out spare tire carrier in the future?

An update to this bumper, shipping is murderous! I purchased one online after originally inquiring about shipping, at which point I was told it would be "around $55". After I purchased the front bumper, the staff called to tell me that the bumper was 6 inches too big to ship via UPS, and that it would have to ship on a pallet. For this, shipping would cost close to $300 dollars. Needless to say...I cancelled my order. The staff called back later and stated that they had convinced UPS to ship the bumper, but that it was still going to cost around $110.00 I was budgeted and ready to pay up to $460 for the bumper, but I'm not going to spend beyond $500. The staff seemed nice enough, although I am INCREDIBLY dissapointed at the shipping mess. I guess there will never be a decent and affordable bumper available for our rigs unless we live near a shop. >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

Wow, that sucks!
I hope they can work out a deal with UPS. Im still in the process of saving up for one of these!

Is there a place to mount lights?

For those of you who have been following my long painful search for a decent 2nd gen bumper, here is my new bumper...(FINALLY) mounted and done. Bumper was made from scratch by a custom fabrication shop in the pgh area (anybody near Pittsburgh PA PM me for info on the shop). Just got the paint finished last night and put it on. This thing is NASTY, and approach angles are awesome. Going to have a custom rear bumper w/hitch/swing out spare tire carrier made in the spring, then possible engine swap to follow.

Very kick ass bumper!

if you don't mind me asking, how much did it cost when it was all said and done? Less the then Trail Tough bumper + shipping?
Looks great btw!

Bumper was 350 unpainted. I screwed up the paint job and ended up giving a buddy 100 bucks to strip and repaint it. If I had done the paint job myself the total would have been around 380-400. The trail tough was originally quoted at 450 shipped, but it turned out to be over 500 shipped.

That's really cool. Most of the fabrication shops i've talked to don't want anything to do with custom bumpers.
Can you upload some bigger pics? ;D
