ok just to clarify one stupid question i have theses kits use a top loading toyota transfer case right???

It's my understanding these kits use the 4-cyl Toyota t-case from 80-~94. The case is a 4 part case. The first part of the case is the reduction gears, 2&3 make up the front drive portion, and the 4th is the output.
