I will be replacing my headlight bulbs soon and am looking for suggestions, what are you all using?

I'm using Philips Crystal Visions for my headlights and fog lights.  I have used Silver Star Ultras in the past and they seem to be good ones too.  I think the Crystal Visions are closer in color to HID.

SilverStar or SilverStar Ultras.

Funny you posted this, I just burned out a headlight at ONLY 115000 miles.  That's pretty good service life I think. When purchasing the new SET, I looked at the Silver Stars and they do seem to be the brightest out there, but I just went with the stock ones, $19 a set vs $60 for the Silver Stars, but I have an additional 1000 watts of Hella lights on the front so don't really need the extra the SStars will give me. But, if you don't have a good set of auxillary lights they seem to be the strongest.

I was thinking the same thing, the OEM ones last forever and all the reviews claim the super bright last a year or two.  I have plenty of Hella's so I am just sanding my lens clean and sticking with the OEM ones that have 101K miles.  My Escalade has aftermarket HID's that have a lifetime warranty, have had them for 5 years, I see you can buy HID's now for about the price of good bulbs.  Keep in mind you have ballasts that need to be located near the lights.

I've been running some IPF headlights with replacement bulbs for 10 years, the IPF harness is great if you want to run the higher outputs so you don;t melt your harness

I installed street glow bulbs I got through NAPA. High kelvin index and I sure like them better than stock. Though I'm not sure oncoming traffic likes it as much. Slight blue instead of yellow color.

That is good service life. Ive owned my 99 Dodge Dually since 92k. I now have 280K and have never replaced a bulb since Ive owned it. Weird
