Title: Tracker on Mattracks
Post by: Warn Industries on October 19, 2011, 07:32:51 AM
Just saw this on Facebook this morning:

Maybe it's because I have a thing for tracked vehicles, but I think this "tracked Tracker" would be a lot of fun, especially on snow runs.

Some Fire Dept's here have gone to these Max Trax type rigs for their Wildland Responce Units.
Draw Backs that are Known:
         1st) Not an Cheap install.
2nd) Max ground speed of 35 MPH (If you can stay in the seats)
3rd) Only can be run SHORT distances on Hard Pavement (At slower Speeds)
4th) Track Suspension service life approx. 1500-2000 hrs.
But, If it's TAX DOLLARS, that ain't real money, THEY ARE COOL !!
