I just purchased a turbo off of a mid year subaru legacy, can't remember the actual year and just need to know some stuff about it.  It's a factory turbo off of the car, it's a IHI turbo, the numbers on it a Turbo Spec: VF 119011, serial No: 13171W, n parts No: 14412AA070.  i don't know anything about it except a buddy said that it looked like a 9lb turbo, but i don't know.  It works fine. i've cleaned it up some and the blades are all good. it's water and oil cooled, and it bolted on the exhaust in front of the catalic converter.  How do i look up the turbo online or if anybody knows these turbos all of the advice u can give would be greatly appreciated.

google the numbers or hit a subaru forum.

It looks like an RHB5 or 52 off of a '90-'94 subaru.
