Title: 95 sidekick clutch bypass

How do I bypass the clutch safety switch on my 95 sidekick 4dr? the transmission and transfer case are both in nuetral and the car still wont start. lights and everything turn on so I know its not my battery.

The clutch safety is above the clutch pedal - jumper across the connectors.
