Ill hit a speed bump or a bump in the road and it will shut off. I have to let it sit for a few minutes then hammer the throtthle to get er' going. Electrical?...Fuel problem?..or what??

Type of carb?
If it is a carb its flooding, probably the check valve leaking or the float has failed.

Stock Carb

Time to get a replacement carb.
The "Fuel Shut Off & Metering Valve" is heading south!!
This is the "Electric" plunger that is in the fuel bowl that meets the O-ring in the well floor.
Sorry this is "Not a Service-able Part" ...................
When mine took a $~!t, I replaced it with a Weber Carb.

Check with LowrangeOffRoad, one of the vendors on this site.
They will have all the INTELL on what you need...... for what you want your rig to do.
Mine was a complete replacement kit, ready to bolt on, $425.00 including freight about 2 years ago.

You can also consider this rebuild carb from here
http://www.nationalcarburetors.com/cat-toyotacar.html (http://www.nationalcarburetors.com/cat-toyotacar.html)
COROLLA 3KC 1166 CC ENGINE
I have one of these installed an it is the closest to stock carb that i ever had in terms of fuel economy. And it straight bolt in, but you will need to change to acc cable cam off it and use the samurai one instead. Every thing else is the same. You could also check these same guys to see if they can rebuild your carb for you.
