Title: Name those wires

86 Samurai jx,drivers side.... factory speaker wires?

Passenger side, what is it and where is it supposed to screw to?

Those look like speaker wires.
The other is part of the AC system.  Sometimes it is screwed to something, sometimes it is just left hanging.  If you want to fasten it to something, find a bolt in the kickpanel and screw it down.

Thanks, both of these were kinda just tucked up under the dash, the holder for the relay looked like it should screw to something but it wasn't obvious where.
