Title: Samurai power/mileage chip???

This popped up on a Google search. I'm thinking its got to be a scam. Anyone tried one?

Its just the old resistor trick that makes the engine think the air temperature is lower and then adds more fuel. The problem is that most stock Suzukis are a little rich at WOT anyway and secondly the ECU will try to readjust the fuelling to compensate. It certainly can't reprogramme the ECU, that needs a daughterboard to replace the processor to enable it to run with an external memory. I have been working on one of those for the 91on 8V Track/Kicks and Samurais, there are some details here:

That will give you some idea of what is needed to remap a Samurai.
