I'm looking into getting a tracker real soon and would like to do some pricing for everything i want to do but im not to sure on the specific sizes and lift kits...
I wanted to put the largest size tire, with spacers / lift kit, but the catch is that i don't want to go to overboard and have to modify the shifter, 4wd, and other odds and ends... But if i have to cut some of the fenders off or pound in a few cosmetic pieces i wouldn't mind one bit, any input would help.

My 2" coil/strut spacer setup and 245's or 31's. If you are willing to do a little sawzall artwork. >:D

All depends on the purpose, if you are planning to use it as a daily drive with some offroading. I think a 1.5" coil spacers with flipped front strut mounts will do it. You can mount 31s on that without rubbing or modifying the shifters. Only downside for that is that you will loose +/- 30 km/Hr from your top speed.
By the way that's my current setup. Goodluck

I've got a 2" BDS lift kit (http://bds-suspension.com/product?ma=17&mo=43&ty=1&yr=1988-1998) and 235/75/15 BF Goodrich All-Terrain TAs on my '95 Sidekick two door. Scrubbed in the rear at full flex just a bit.

I have seen the BDS kit on Ebay & was thinking about it verses the 2" urethane spacer kit how do you like the kit, any pros or cons on it?

So far I really like it. No complaints. Do note that it does ride noticeably stiffer than stock. I recently installed a Shrockworks bumper, and the ride seemed to improve a bit, actually. Not sure if I'm just imagining it, but it does feel like the added weight helps.
The kit comes with four new springs, front camber bolts, and new rear shocks. You can either re-use the front OEM struts and use their included strut extender, which is what I did, or buy longer struts. One thing to note: I had bought new Monroe Sensatrack struts to use with the kit (just figured, why not?), but the Monroe strut pistons have a slightly larger diameter than the OEM struts, so the strut extension would not work with the new struts, so on went the OE units again. No worries; when they go, I'll get OME or Bilsteins.
BDS has a great warranty. I did some intermediate and advanced trails in Tillamook State Forest with it a few weeks back, and it performed admirably.
