Title: '93 Sidekick Heat

I am not getting much air flow to the feet in the Kick.
Lot's of air out vents and defroster when slider is moved
around to those positions. But darn little to floor.

Any easy fixes??

Are you sure the cable is moving the flaps to the proper position that redirect the airflow?

The cable moves freely and smoothly. It functions in the other modes.

How hard it is to get to the blend door???

The mechanism that moves the blend door is on the drivers side of the center airflow box.  You could at least look at that to make sure it is moving when the cable is moved.
It could be that the cable is just not adjusted quite right.
If you have to actually get to the blend door, then the whole dash has to come out and the center airflow box has to be removed and taken apart.  But I would doubt there is anything wrong with the blend door itself.

If the cable is moving properly it's most likely an obstruction... likely a mouse nest in the tube, they seem to love heater ducts.
Try a hose attached to a shop vac & slide it into the outlet & see if you can clear it... & set a mouse trap on your floor.

I'll give the vac a try.

I always keep mouse/rat bar bait poison under the
seats of all my vehicles here. Have to, those rascals
get everywhere.

I have this same problem . I've tried all the thing mentioned so far.Still the heat at the floor on driver side is not good.Passenger side has good heat BUT not great.But out the vent is hot.Below freezing the cabin never gets comfortable.I live in mid MI.

 ???Does anybody know were I can get door and window seals.I'm getting alot of air through the seals.

change the cable that's what i did n now it works good
