Title: driveline noise

I have a 1990 Suzuki Samurai and i recently bought a new transfer case. It's been a couple months since I have installed it and now when I put it into 4wd there is a loud clunking noise and strong vibrations. I have checked all u joints and drive shafts as well as torn apart the entire front differential but can not get rid of the noise or vibration. I need help!! please

A NEW to you, or used transfer case? sounds like driveshafts may be out of phase, or the tcase is kerput!
