I am going to attempt to make my own brush guard since I can not find one anywhere for my 94 2 door tracker. The one area that I am having trouble is how/where to bolt it up to. Does anyone have one that will take pics of how thiers is mounted so I have some idea how to procede?
Thanks
Travis

My brush guard is from a Isuzu Rodeo, just cut down a few inches in order to fit the grill properly. For mounting I welded some tabs to the frame to bolt onto, then drilled a couple of holes through the bumper. I'll try and get some pictures for you.

I'm interested in seeing some pictures too :-)

Cut down this Go Rhino brush guard (I found on Craigslist) 6 inches in height, then fabbed some mounting brackets from 1/4" plate (a bit over kill). Been mounted now for almost two years... and it has never loosened or moved from where I mounted it.

I forgot to take pics of the brush guard, I will today.
But I will explain the best that I can how it mounts, very simple actually. It uses the stock bumper mounting bolts. The thick mounting plate steel has a 90 degree bend towards the centerline on the forwards edge. it has 1 hole in the front and there is a threaded insert in the end of the brushguard and a single bolt per side holds the pushbar in place. It isnt the strongest setup, it isnt intended as a pushbar as it is rather thin steel.

Nice job. That looks very similar to the one on Drone637's Tracker.

Thank you, Brd Hntr. It has been surprisingly sturdy. I have actually pushed vehicles with it. I coated it with Herculiner after I cleaned it up just using the Herculiner fluid and not stirring the rubber particles into it. Then after it air dried I spray painted it with a couple coats of semi-gloss rattle can Rustoleum to protect the Herculiner coating from sunlight.
