I don't believe we are planning on running the short course.

That list is all the Vorra races, not necessarily the ones we will run.  I wish I had the time to race them all.
I wore a head restraint system for the first time at the short course races.  Although it is a hassle to get on, it feels very nice not worrying so much about breaking your neck.

Our first order of business is getting new seats and the suspension fixed.  I have been pretty happy with the normal restraint but we will see how the new job goes as far as upgrading to a full HANS setup early.  New helmet and such wasn't in my budget plans so it may have to wait a year.

I just got a E-mail from safe racer with Hans devices in it. Not a bad price for this one.

Good link... I've been searching for an affordable HANS device.

Speaking of safety equipment I somehow ended up with 2 black driving suits in my camper after the last race.  Is anyone missing a suit?

Hey all,
Just to let you know I will not be making the USA500. Dad is retiring this year and taking the whole family to Hawaii. We fly out on 7/13..

September race is questionable also as I have a conflict there too...

Ho Hum.... next year I guess....

If you can make the second one it would be fun to see you out here.  We'll get some miles in for you.  :)

Yeah, sorry to say I will not be racing this year either. Just too much going on this summer to justify the expense of the travel.
