Im swapping motors in my 89 sidekick this weekend. 1.6 8v. Replacing baskets, plugs wires etc. Trans won't go into 2nd when it has been sitting think that I the modular valve. anything else I should look for or any cheap mods I can do while I have the motor out

I was told the modular valve. Anybody have any ideas?
